MAJOR CON: went from twink to bear
It is intensely ungratifying to constantly have a tummy despite not even having breakfast yet!
Still trying to shred now with an emphasis on TRYING
Need to do more cardio for sure and incorporate refeed days
After following my macros to the digit, some changes are required.
Reverse dieting perhaps?
